It's moved around the UK to and from various show grounds over the last few years, but it is always worth the trip.
It takes place over 3 days, from Friday till Sunday, and it is different to most car shows as it is generally a static meet, a good chance to chill out, have some drinks and meet people with the same interest as you!
I love the laid back atmosphere it has, very unique compared to other car shows you can attend.
Anyway this weekend will be JAE 2010 at Wickstead Park, and the site is nearly ready to receive the thousands of UK Jap car fans :) I've been up there a few times already this week, helping out my Dad with getting some of his motorhomes in place for certain car clubs.
So a blog will be done to sum up JAE 2010 once its happened... but I need to introduce you to what kind of things to expect... so in that spirit here are some pictures from previous years of JAE.
To start you off, here are my first photos from a JAE event, which was JAE 2006.
I absolutely love this Gen 7 Celica Made by Fensport! Most people know it by now but back then it was still quite new. It has had a 3SGTE engine put in it and the AWD system from a Celica GT4. |
I will follow up with some blogs on other years of JAE, hopefully before the weekend! Give you plenty to look at before the show this weekend :D
